PM Modi Letter: Before the announcement of Lok Sabha election dates, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has written a letter to the countrymen, in which he has mentioned the development in the country in the last 10 years. Referring to the positive changes that have come in the country, PM Modi has said in his letter, ‘Our efforts for nation building will continue without getting tired and without stopping, this is Modi’s guarantee.’

Your and our partnership is now going to complete a decade. It is difficult to express in words how special this strong relationship of trust, cooperation and support with my 140 crore family members is to me. The positive change that has come in the lives of my family members is the biggest achievement and biggest asset of our government in the last 10 years. The meaningful results of the sincere efforts made by the determined government to improve the living standards of the poor, farmers, youth and women and empower them through every policy and every decision are in front of us. There are many efforts like permanent houses through Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, proper arrangement of electricity, water and gas for all, treatment arrangements through Ayushman Bharat Yojana, financial help to farmer brothers and sisters, help to mothers and sisters through Matru Vandana Yojana. I have been able to succeed only because your trust and confidence were with me.

While India, moving forward with development and heritage, witnessed unprecedented construction of infrastructure in the last decade, we also had the honor of witnessing the revival of our rich cultural and national heritage. Today every countryman is proud of the country moving forward by preserving its rich culture and tradition. It was due to your trust and support that many historic and big things like implementation of GST, abolition of Article 370, new law on Triple Talaq, Nari Shakti Vandan Act for women in Parliament, construction of new Parliament House, harsh attack on terrorism and Naxalism were achieved. We did not fail to take decisions.
